She is the founder of DG Lash Beauty Academy, educating and motivating entrepreneurs in the industry. Certified as an International Coach, she assists her colleagues and students in their business growth.

Delisse owns the company DGM Group LLC, representing and leading the prestigious salon in Puerto Rico, DG Lash & Nails, with a great team providing professional services.
